My wife T**** has been looking at your photograph on your description a lot and is jealous of the rear in the picture and she wants to know how to achieve a rear like that? xx
Please thank your wife for the lovely comment firstly. I can suggest some shape exercises for her. My personal favourite is Boogie bounce and Victoria Secret Butt workout but I do also love daily fitness yoga to start with. You really just have to find what works for you. Try different workouts if you feel the burn then its working but eat right too, your daily food is just as important. Diet food is not always a good option but eating healthy with protein will help those curves.
